Its chassis, brushed aluminum with honeycomb vents, housed a custom FPGA managing the Convo algorithm, a bank of supercapacitors for microbuffering, and ferrite-wound transformers for isolation. The unit had three user-facing controls: Mode (Auto/Manual/Surge), Sensitivity (1–10), and Bias (± phase offset). LEDs indicated Sync, Thermal, and Fault states. An RS-485 port allowed local monitoring; a legacy UART provided low-level firmware flashing. If you share with third parties, their policies apply

E.OC1 = Overcurrent at acceleration. Step 2 (parameter section): Locate P0.07 (Acceleration time). Default = 5 seconds. Step 3 (troubleshooting tip box in repack): Increase in increments of 2 seconds. Also check P0.10 (Torque boost) – reduce if >5%. Outcome: Set P0.07 to 12 seconds. Fault disappears.

To ensure the drive and motor are protected during setup or "repacking": Ventilation:

: Typically accepts 0–10V or 4–20mA signals for real-time speed adjustment. Core Parameter Programming
