The photo album had become a treasured family heirloom, passed down through generations. And as I closed the cover, I felt grateful to have stumbled upon this hidden piece of history, and to have been inspired by the stories of these six remarkable girls.

The importance of providing free resources for girls cannot be overstated. I became obsessed with uncovering the story of these six girls and their journey. I spent hours researching, interviewing, and piecing together their lives. And what I discovered was remarkable.
